We want to publish Pluto notebooks as web articles, and you need to see something long before a Julia process has booted up, i.e. you need a static preview, and hot swap to a live notebook

What extra pluto can provide to an online deployment

• Garbage collect sessions/open notebooks, starting from the oldest
• Expose a 'health check' endpoint: GET pluto:1234, if pluto doesn't answer, Kubernetes restarts the pod: see the /ping endpoint
• combine open & initialState options somehow
• Save notebooks in a persistent block storage (that's just a folder)
  • If the pod restarts, the links should work. Hash something? Timestamp? Save file as?
• Disable drag and drop (ahem)
• Logging (k8s?, pluto)
